Julie Whitworth, Special Event Coordinator: A Billings native, Julie Whitworth received her education from the University of Utah (BS/BA in Political Science and Elementary Education) and Montana State University - Billings (Master's in Education). She began her career teaching in the public schools of Santa Fe and Albuquerque, New Mexico, before returning to Billings in the early 1990's to teach in the Billings Public Schools. While raising her family, Julie has remained an advocate for education through volunteering in her neighborhood school, chairing Saturday Live, and working on the Yes For Kids Campaign.
Krista Hertz, Executive Director: Krista is a native of Montana and has lived in the Billings area for ten years. Prior to becoming the Program Director at the Education Foundation, she taught business education and health enhancement for six years at Roberts High School. While at Roberts High School Krista was involved with business education in the state of Montana. She worked with the Business Professionals of America program and served on the board for Montana Business Information Technology Educators. Krista holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Education from Montana State University-Northern.
