Five Sessions To Heal Stress The Yoga Way

This class will cover five instant stress reduction techniques, breathing exercises and relaxation methods plus numerous yoga postures. The instructor will help each student to personalize a stress-reduction program. Emphasis will be on comfort, safety and implementation of these progressive techniques into a daily routine. The heart of this class is to alleviate tension and the aches and pains associated with stress. Wear loose-fitting clothing. Classes will meet at the Mission Ridge Wellness Mall, 3840 Rimrock Rd.

Yoga/Pilates Mix

Come try a blend of invigorating Pilates and stress releasing yoga! We will focus on aligning the spine while increasing flexibility and strength. Conscious breathing will help move us through the poses as tension melts away. All levels welcome, come in comfortable clothing. Supplies: Please bring yoga /Pilates mat if you have one.

Holiday Yoga

Learn how to reduce the extra stress that the holiday season can present. You deserve to give yourself the gift of a few hours to take care of YOU! This class also gives you a DAY PASS to Billings' best place to enhance your well-being: Granite Health and Fitness! You can take all the classes you want on Dec 5 after your Yoga class, or you may enjoy the workout equipment, pool, hot tub and steam room! Attracting Abundance

In this "positive-thinking" oriented workshop, you will learn three different metaphysical techniques for attracting more abundance into your life. First, you will find out how to use the "Process of Pivoting" to create prosperity, based on Money and the Law of Attraction by Esther and Jerry Hicks. Next, you will practice visualization for magnetizing something you want, based on Creating Money: Attracting Abundance, by Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer. Finally, you will try affirmations that overcome sabotaging beliefs, based on Asara Lovejoy's The One Command (Commanding Wealth Workshops, www.commandingwealth.com). Make a list of the positive changes you would like to see in your life and come with a willingness to expand your mind and allow more abundance in! Tarot For Spiritual Awareness

The Tarot may be seen as an illustrated and interactive book of life lessons such as patience, focus, transformation and faith. This class is an introduction to the universal symbols of the cards and how they may be used for their higher purpose of spiritual awareness and personal growth. This class is open to anyone with an open mind; no prior knowledge or special ability is required. You will learn techniques to help you to connect with spiritual guidance and tryst your own intuition, and you will learn the meanings of the cards in such a way that you will be able to read any deck. Whether you are a beginner or already have some experience with card reading, this class will give you the understanding you seek. If you do not have a deck, the staff at Barjon's Books, 223 N 29th Street, can assist you in finding one. You can also borrow a deck for the first class from the instructor. Connecting With Angels And Spiritual Guides

If you are open-minded and wanting to gain perspective and understanding of your life's purpose and choices, this class may be for you. In this fun and enlightening workshop you will learn about high-level spiritual guidance and how to recognize it, as well as your role as both receiver and translator of messages. You will learn how to achieve a relaxed state, maintain focus and concentration, and raise your energy vibration in order to connect with angels and other guides. Conversations In Sexuality

If you have children of any age or are thinking about having children, this class is for you! Most parents want to discuss issues of sexuality with their children but often times don't have the information they need or are too uncomfortable to do so.
