This workout is designed to tone, strengthen, stretch and invigorate the body and enliven the mind. Linda's Lo-Impact, Hi-Energy, Hi-Fun

Bring a water bottle, mat and a set of weights to class. Move at your own pace in this really fun class. Enjoy the payoff of moving your body with renewed energy and reduced stress. Safe and easy to follow routines are set to upbeat music. Toning and stretching with weights and bands complete this workout.

Mat Pilates

This contemporary Pilates class uses strengthening and stretching exercises on the floor. Challenge your mind and body connection to achieve core stability, back strength and flatter abdominals. Also improve your tone, flexibility, balance and posture. Expect to feel taller, leaner and revitalized. Beneficial to all ages! Wear breathable and flexible clothing; bring a yoga/Pilates mat.
