This enables regular citizens without special training to understand both the constitution and its amendments. There is also a tab entitled “issues” that lists the interaction of the Supreme Court interpretations of the constitution. It is particularly readable since it places the developments in various issues on a time line to let the reader know how each issue has changed in meaning.
